The virtual exhibition will run on postgradasia.com 2 weeks prior to
the physical event on 22-23 May 2010, and end one week after. It will
take the best of a traditional fair adopted in an online environment.
It provides web-enabled features such as forums, course search,
institution profiling and online prospectus request
Why a virtual exhibition?
Postgraduate study information is essentially available online, and
"meeting" potential candidates before physically meeting them at the
fair on 22-23 May 2010 will better prepare both candidate and exhibitor to
make the most out of the physical meeting.
How will it work?
Features:
- Live Chat facilities to enable exhibitors to chat
with candidates in real-time
- Exhibitor's control panel:
- Track individual visitors who have viewed your
institution profile
- Track visitors who are currently viewing your
institution profile and initiate live chat with them
- Check visitors' messages & reply with a private
message
- Potential candidates can click on the "Printable
resources" button to download application forms, handbooks and
prospectuses in PDF or Word Document format
- Current features like the forum, course search and
institution profiling will be maintained
